Your Summary of Care, which is a brief report of your medical history. You can get this from your GP. That's it! Once you've done these steps, you're on your way to becoming a patient.
After your consultation, the dispensary will contact you to confirm your order and ask for payment for your medication. Once you've paid, your medication will be delivered within 2 working days. We'll send you an email with the tracking details for your medication.
Patients typically come to our clinic on their own and don't need their GP's permission to start medical cannabis treatment.
Patients must have tried primary treatments for their condition to be eligible. Any medication, treatment, or therapy your doctor offered you, even if you didn't take it, counts towards the two required treatments for eligibility.
Following your initial consultation, the law requires us to arrange a follow-up meeting with you after one month, and then every three months (at months 3, 6, and 9) in your first year.
We suggest setting aside 30 minutes for your online doctor consultation. A link to the meeting will be emailed to you before your consultation begins.
Our first consultations are planned to last 30 minutes. We encourage all patients to use this time to openly discuss their medical condition, past cannabis use, and their reasons for exploring medical cannabis treatment.
All prescriptions are shipped via secure courier service at no additional cost (once per prescription). Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking link via email
Getting medical cannabis through the NHS is very limited, typically only for serious rare epilepsy cases, chemotherapy-related vomiting or nausea, and certain multiple sclerosis muscle stiffness cases. Most people looking for medical cannabis treatment usually get it from private clinics.
The admin fee for repeat prescriptions is £30 per month.
